Enjoy a sightseeing tour this morning with coastal scenery, forests and totem poles. This afternoon, explore VanDusen Botanical Garden, renowned for seasonal displays and diverse plant collections.

DAY 3 | Monday 4 October 2027 (B/L) Butchart Gardens

Butchart Gardens is one of the world’s best-loved; established in the 1920’s by Jennie Butchart in a stone quarry. A suite of gardens surrounds the original Butchart family home, now a restaurant where we will have lunch. You will discover it all: the fuchsia house, formal rose garden, sunken Italian garden, Japanese Garden, Bog Garden, Mediterranean Garden and finally walk down into Jennie’s Sunken Garden.

DAY 4 | Tuesady 5 October 2027 (B/D) Vancouver to Quebec City 

Fly from Vancouver to Montreal and continue to Québec City. Stay at iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, a grand château-style landmark overlooking the St Lawrence River and historic Old Québec.

DAY 5 | Wednesday 6 October 2027 (B/D) Québec City

Discover Québec City, exploring historic Old Québec, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Québec, Place Royale and Petit-Champlain. See the imposing Citadelle, stroll along Dufferin Terrace and admire magnificent views across the St Lawrence River.

DAY 6 | Thursday 7 October 2027 (B/D) Quebec City to Riviere-du-Loup 

Travel through the beautiful Charlevoix region to Saint-Siméon, then ferry across the mighty St Lawrence River to Rivière-du-Loup, enjoying sweeping views of islands, forested shores and spectacular scenery.

DAY 7 | Friday 8 October 2027 (B/D) Riviere-du-Loup to Fredericton

Travel south into New Brunswick, following scenic river valleys and forested landscapes to Fredericton, the graceful provincial capital, beautifully situated on the banks of the Saint John River.

Travel to the Joggins Fossil Cliffs, preserving 300-million-year-old fossils, then cross the Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island, continuing through its picturesque countryside to charming Charlottetown.

DAY 11 | Tuesday 12 October 2027 (B/D) Charlottetown to Baddeck 

You will take the ferry from Prince Edward Island to Nova Scotia, renowned for its maritime heritage and rugged coastline. Continue to Cape Breton Is. and Baddeck, overlooking the beautiful Bras d’Or Lake.

Enjoy a leisurely morning exploring lakeside Baddeck. This afternoon visit the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site, discovering his pioneering achievements in communications, aviation and hydrofoils.

DAY 13 | Thursday 14 October 2027 (B/D) Baddeck to Halifax

Depart Baddeck and journey south  following Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore through forested landscapes, peaceful waterways and coastal communities before arriving in Halifax, the vibrant provincial capital. Check-in to your hotel for 3 nights.
